CrisisCamp This Week

Here are some quick updates on what is happening with CrisisCamp and CrisisCommons this week:

Sloan Foundation Proposal and Deliverables:
The Crisis Commons team has been busy at work our Sloan Foundation Deliverables. We had a community call a few weeks ago to discuss the actions and the Sloan Trustee Proposal. All hands Meeting Notes are on our wiki. We have been preparing documentation for our community review. All items are crowdsourced on our CrisisCommons at Googlegroups dot com mailing list. This is a extensive exercise and includes great collaboration. More details after we meet our December 1st deadline.

CrisisCommons has partnered with Humanity Road and Gisli Olafsson to provide Crisis Informatics training. This is open for CrisisCamp community members. Details can be found on our mailing list. The training will be shared after the event.

Random Hacks of Kindness
Random Hacks of Kindness (RHoK 2.0) is December 4 – 5, 2010. We encourage you to join the city participation.
